Job Details
Duties
Provide body care, oil massage and facial massage at the salon and at clients' homes or hotels.
Requirements
- No specific education or qualifications required.
- Enjoy massage and working with guests.
- Massage experience and AEAJ or JAA qualifications preferred.
- Experience or qualifications in beauty therapy, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, traditional Thai massage or bodywork are welcome.
- No experience is needed if you enjoy working with people and are interested in aromatherapy treatments or massage.
Dedicated staff provide patient, attentive guidance.

Pay & Guaranteed Standby Pay
Independent contractors: from 40% of sales
Guaranteed standby pay available, whether or not you serve a guest
¥1,200–¥1,500 or more per standby hour, plus skill-based pay
We explain the eligibility and calculation of contractor fees, standby pay and skill-based pay individually, based on your preferred working arrangements. The figures listed do not guarantee a uniform take-home amount.
Pay can be discussed based on experience and ability.
We recognize staff who work hard.
Working Hours
21:00 to around 6:30 the next morning
- Shifts within these hours are negotiable.
- From two days a week; seven-day schedules are also possible.
- From four hours a day. Long-term work and longer shifts welcome.
- Weekly scheduling makes planning easier.
