From the topics that interest you,
to things to check before your visit.

For those wanting a break from work and a full schedule, these articles help you consider what you want from relaxation time. They do not offer treatment for stress.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Taking a mental break from a busy routine

01 Clarify what you want from the time

Is your body feeling heavy, or do you want time away from your schedule? Even without a clear answer, you can simply tell us, “I want to take it easy today.”

02 Tell us your conversation preferences at the start

Tell us if you prefer quiet or only necessary conversation during the session. We will listen to your preferences while still making checks needed for safe, appropriate care.

03 Distinguish relaxation from care for mental or physical illness

Relaxation services do not diagnose or treat mental illness. If your condition needs professional assessment, consult an appropriate provider, such as a medical institution.
