Tell us when you would like to start, such as around a certain time today or after a certain time tomorrow. We check the destination alongside staff availability.

- Home visits
- Please prepare space where the recipient can lie down. Ask in advance about building access, family members being present or other matters that need checking before the visit.
- Hotel visits
- Hotels have different rules for outside staff entering the property. We provide guidance after checking the hotel name, but cannot guarantee entry. We do not visit love hotels.
- Checking times and prices
- When checking whether we can visit, also confirm the available time. Course prices are on our pricing page. Before confirming your booking, ask about the total cost, including any destination-related extra charges.
