Scope

These terms apply to all guests using the salon's relaxation services, this website, online booking, telephone, email, LINE and other contact methods.

Nature of Our Services

Our salon is for relaxation. We do not provide medical care, treatment of medical conditions, diagnosis or any sexual services.

Bookings

Salon bookings are accepted through the methods we specify, including online, phone and LINE. Online requests are accepted only for tomorrow onward and are not confirmed upon submission. We contact you by your selected method, phone or LINE, and the booking is established when we issue confirmation. Same-day requests are not accepted online; calling is easiest, and LINE is also available for bookings and questions. Mobile appointments may also be requested online for tomorrow onward.

Treatments & Sessions

Within your booked session time, you may discuss body care, oil massage, stretching and other treatment options. Health and safety considerations may prevent us from providing exactly what you request.

Prices & Payment

Prices follow the pricing page and other information displayed by the salon. At the salon, payment is generally required before treatment begins. Any additional charges will be explained in advance.

Booking changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. Any cancellation fees or other conditions stated at booking or on this website apply. We may decline future bookings if no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations seriously disrupt our operations.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened depending on subsequent bookings. Please contact us as soon as you know you will be late.

When We May Decline Treatment

We may decline or stop treatment in cases of fever, symptoms suggesting infection, severe pain or injury, severe intoxication, unsuitable health conditions, violence, verbal abuse or disruptive behavior toward staff, requests for sexual services, or other circumstances that make safe service difficult. Please always inform us in advance if you are pregnant.

Mobile Service

Service may be unavailable depending on coverage, destination conditions or hotel entry rules. We do not visit love hotels. For hotel appointments, please check the hotel's visitor rules in advance.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes unlawful acts or acts contrary to public order and morals; harassment, violence or threats against staff; intentional damage to the salon, equipment or supplies; invasion of other guests' or staff members' privacy; requests for sexual services, which we do not provide; and other conduct we consider inappropriate.

Disclaimer

We provide services with due regard for safety, but relaxation services do not guarantee improvement of particular symptoms or specific results. Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we may not be liable for events arising from medical history, health or physical conditions that the guest did not disclose.

Intellectual Property

Rights to text, images, logos, designs and other content on this website belong to the salon or the rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, copying or modification is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms in response to legal amendments, service changes or changes in operations. Revised terms will be announced on this website or by other means.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute concerning the salon's services or these terms shall be heard at first instance by a court with jurisdiction as provided by law.
