Whole-body fatigue and sluggishness

From the topics that interest you,
to things to check before your visit.

For those who feel tired all over, rather than only in the shoulders or lower back. We have gathered points to consider when choosing a session length and focus areas. This page helps organize your preferences; it does not diagnose the cause of fatigue.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Choosing time and treatment details when your whole body feels tired

01 Prioritize your areas of concern

Even if you want a full-body session, mentioning one or two areas that particularly concern you makes it easier to share your preferences. Tell us what suits you that day, such as focusing on your shoulders.

02 Choose a session length that fits your plans

Check the session lengths on the pricing page and plan for travel to and from the salon as well. Choosing a longer session does not guarantee that your fatigue will disappear.

03 Discuss whether to combine treatments

At CECIL, you can discuss combining kneading massage, oil massage, and stretching within your session. You do not have to include several types; we choose the details after hearing your preferences and how you feel that day.
